In rare circumstances a date will need to be entered for certain criteria. In these cases, a date selection window will open displaying a calendar. To the left of the calendar are a Year Selection Button and Month Selection Button. Touching the Year or Month Buttons allows the pilot to select from a list of years and months. The calendar will be displayed outlining every day of the selected year/month the previously displayed day will appear shaded in blue, and the day that will be selected is outlined in cyan. To select a day, the pilot can scroll through the days using the Inner DCK and then select the desired date by pushing the DCK, or simply touch the day of the month displayed to be selected. No Enter Button appears to accept the entered date, instead, the window will close as soon as the day of the month is selected.
