Setting the Run Mode

Select Free to run outdoors or indoors, at your own pace, (Training Indoors) without running mode alerts.NOTE: This is the default run mode.

Select Run/Walk to set run and walk intervals for a run (Using Run and Walk Intervals).

Select Virtual Pacer to help improve your pacing ability (Running With the Virtual Pacer Feature).

Select Intervals to create an interval workout based on distance or time (Interval Workouts).

- Go for a run.
