COM Transceiver Selection and Activation
The system retains the last frequencies used and the active COM transceiver state through power cycles.
COM frequencies are displayed on the CNS Bar at the top of the PFD and MFD. COM monitoring and selection can be controlled using both the PFD and MFD.
Active COM frequencies selected with the MIC Button are displayed in green. A green arrow also points toward the active radio being used and monitored with the radio number inside of it. Primary frequencies not selected with the MIC Button are displayed in white. The standby frequencies are displayed in cyan. When a standby frequency is selected for tuning on the CNS Bar the entire Standby Button is highlighted in blue.
