User Waypoints can be created and used for flight planning and for identifying a specific location on the map. User Waypoints can be created as Route or Airport waypoints using the Type Button. Once a waypoint has been created, it can be modified, deleted, or moved. Saved user waypoints are stored for future use. A user waypoint cannot be modified or deleted if it is part of the Active Flight Plan.

Any one of the following parameters may be used for defining the location of a user waypoint: Radial/ Distance, Radial/Radial, LAT/LON Coordinates, or Present Position.
