Editing Preset Messages You can edit three preset messages for users on the account. TIP: For editing preset messages for a group, see Profiles. From the Groups & Users tab, select a user by clicking on a user name. From the Messages tab, click Edit next to the message you want to change. Enter a message. Add recipients for the message. Multiple recipients can be separated by semicolons. A total of 20 SMS and email recipients can be added to each preset message. TIP: When you start typing an SMS number or email address that has been added to your contacts, you can add the contact as a preset message recipient. Click Done. Sync your devices.
