You can use the Map tab to monitor devices, chat, and send messages to active devices in the field. You can also view tracking and location information for users on your account.

The map includes these features.

• A professional chat window (Professional Chat Window)

• Data about users on your account (Users List)

• Waypoints, routes, tracks, and activities (Library)

• Topographic, aerial, and road maps with controls to change between them (Map Types)

• Zoom controls with a mouse or trackpad (Zooming the Map)

• Controls to add new waypoints and routes (Waypoints, Routes)

• A measuring tool (Measuring Distance on the Map)

• Options to export the map as a .kml or .gpx file (Exporting Map Data)

• Controls to select additional maps for your device (Map Availability)

  NOTE: This functionality is available to group users by default and to standard users if configured.
