The chat window on the map tab provides a way for professional account administrators to monitor all messaging, tracking, and device activity in a user group. It allows administrators to send messages directly to all device users from a centralized chat window.

The activity feed on the map lists all messages, track points, notes, and device activity. You can click on an activity in the feed to pan and zoom the map to the location of the activity. You can also filter the activities shown on the map, and select which users are displayed.
