Removing the Propeller Drive Motor and Nose Cone from the Shaft

Before you can remove the propeller drive motor and transducer from the shaft, you must remove the shaft from the steering servo (Removing the Shaft and Propeller Drive Motor from the Steering System).

  1. Remove the skeg and nose cone from the propeller drive motor (Removing the Skeg and Nose Cone).
  2. Remove the propeller drive motor from the shaft (Removing the Propeller Drive Motor).
  3. Remove the nose cone and transducer from the shaft (Removing the Nose Cone and Transducer).
