Maintaining Your Heading
Before you can use autopilot features, you must calibrate the trolling motor (Calibrating the Trolling Motor Compass).
You can activate Heading Hold to keep your boat moving in the same compass direction. The motor may adjust your heading automatically to compensate for drift caused by factors such as wind and currents.
NOTE:
You can adjust the direction by pressing

, or by using gesture controls (Gesture Controls).
TIP:
While using this autopilot mode, you can also maintain your speed using cruise control (Maintaining Your Speed).
