Sleep Tracking

While you are sleeping, the Index™ Sleep Monitor sleep band automatically detects your sleep and monitors your movement during your normal sleep hours. You can set your sleep schedule in the Garmin Connect™ app. Sleep statistics include total hours of sleep, sleep stages, sleep movement, resting heart rate, Body Battery™ change, and more. Your sleep coach provides sleep need recommendations based on your sleep and activity history, and HRV status. You can view detailed sleep statistics and set your sleep schedule on your Garmin Connect account (Setting Your Sleep Schedule).
