Changing the Navigation Angle Setting:

  1. Navigate to the 'Apps' window by pressing the MENU Softkey two times.

    Or:

    Touch the Applications Icon on the Applications Bar.

  2. Touch the Settings & Tools Tab.
  3. Touch Units & Time.
  4. Touch the Nav Angle Selection Button to select the desired magnetic variation. If the Auto Mag. Variation Button or True Button is selected the procedure is complete. If the User Mag. Variation Button is selected, proceed to the next step.
  5. After touching the User Mag. Variation Button a Magnetic Variation Datafield Button will appear below the Nav Angle Selection Button. To adjust the user magnetic vaiation, touch the Magnetic Variation Datafield Button.
  6. A 'Magnetic Variation' keypad will open with the option to select an East Selection Button or West Selection Button (the currently selected hemisphere is highlighted in blue). Enter the desired magnetic variation and touch the Enter Button.
