Adjusting the Transition Altitude/Level for the 'Baro Transition' Alert:

  1. Navigate to the 'Alerts' window:
    1. Press the MENU Softkey two times to open the 'Apps' window.

      Or:

      Touch the Applications Icon on the MFW App Bar to open the 'Apps' window.

    2. Touch the Settings & Tools Tab > Alerts.

    Or:

  2. Navigate to the 'Primary Flight Window' settings:
    1. Press the MENU Softkey (on the PFW side of the bezel while in split screen mode) to open the 'PFW Menu'.

      Or:

    1. Touch anywhere within the HSI to open the 'PFW Menu'
    2. Touch the PFW Settings Button.
  3. Touch the Transition Altitude (Baro Climb) or Transition Level (Baro Descend) Datafield Buttons.
  4. Using the numerical keypad, enter the altitude at which the alert will trigger.
  5. Touch the Enter Button.
