Enabling/Disabling OBS Mode:

  1. OBS mode can be enabled two different ways:
    1. Touching the CRS Indicator Button will open a prompt to "Set OBS and hold?" Touch OK (skip step two).

    Or:

    1. Open the 'PFW Menu' by touching the HSI or pressing the MENU Softkey then touching the OBS Button.
  2. If the second option in step one is chosen touch the OBS Datafield Button on the PFW.
  3. Once the 'Select OBS Course' keypad is open:
    1. Type the desired course and touch the Enter Button.

    Or:

    1. Touch the Sync Course Button to sync the FMS course and the OBS course.
  4. To disable OBS Mode, open the 'Select OBS Course' keypad and touch the Release OBS Hold Button.
