Locking or Unlocking Users
You can lock users to restrict access to the Garmin Explore™ website. Organizations may use this option for users that need device and app access only. Locking users prevents them from logging into the website.
From the
Groups & Users tab, select an option:

To lock or unlock multiple users, select the checkboxes by the user names, click Bulk Actions, select Lock User or Unlock User, and click OK.

To lock or unlock a single user, click

OK.
