My dog collar device is not responding

If you are having trouble connecting the dog collar device to the Garmin Canine™ app or the base unit, you can try these options.

  • Wake the device by shaking it.

    The dog collar device maximizes battery life by entering sleep mode when the device is stationary.

  • Turn the device off and on again.
