- Stimulation

Applies a brief stimulation when the dog enters the boundary, for a maximum of 8 seconds. You can adjust the stimulation intensity level in the Garmin Canine™ app (Garmin Canine App).
TIP: You can also adjust stimulation intensity levels from the base unit (Setting the Intensity Level Using the Base Unit ).NOTE: If your dog breaches the boundary, the dog collar device applies stimulation for up to 1 minute and then stops to allow for a safe return. - Tone

Activates an audible tone. A tone can be used as either a positive or negative training cue, depending on your training program.
- Vibration

Applies vibration to the dog the entire time the dog is at the boundary, for a maximum of 8 seconds. The effectiveness of vibration may vary based on the dog's temperament and experience.
NOTE: If your dog breaches the boundary, the dog collar device applies vibration for up to 1 minute and then stops to allow for a safe return.
