Turning On and Off LiveTrack
Before you can start your first LiveTrack session, you must set up contacts in the Garmin Connect™ app (Adding Contacts).

From the
Garmin Connect app, select
> Safety & Tracking > LiveTrack.

Select an option:
- To start a LiveTrack session each time you start an outdoor activity, select Auto Start.
- To start a session right away, select Start LiveTrack.
