Starting an Interval Workout

  1. Press Top button.
  2. Select More activities symbol.
  3. Select an activity.
  4. Select Settings symbol > Intervals.
  5. Select an option:
    • Select Open Repeats to mark your intervals and rest periods manually by pressing Bottom button.

    • Select Structured Repeats and press Top button to use an interval workout based on distance or time.

  6. Press Top button to start the activity timer.
  7. When your interval workout has a warm up, press Bottom button to begin the first interval.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After you complete all of the intervals, a message appears.
