Select to open the apps list. Select Tracking. Press MENU to open the options menu. Select Tracking Setup.

Tracking

Starts the inReach^® tracking feature.

NOTE: If both this option and the Auto Start option in the Data Recording settings are enabled, the device will automatically start recording and inReach tracking when the device acquires satellites (Data Recording Settings).

Send Interval

Sets the frequency at which the device records a track point and transmits it over the satellite network.

NOTE: The Send Interval frequency affects battery life ( Specifications).
