Changing the Propeller

WARNING

Always disconnect the motor from the battery before handling or working with the propeller to avoid serious injury or death.

NOTICE

You should use the Force® Current trolling motor with the high-efficiency propeller only in open-water conditions. When using the high-efficiency propeller in shallow water conditions, there is an increased risk of damaging the propeller if the motor collides with an underwater obstacle.

The Force Current trolling motor includes a high efficiency propeller and a weedless propeller. Follow these steps when changing propellers.

  1. Using a 9/16 in (15 mm) socket, remove the nut that secures the propeller.
