Select > Activities.
Select an activity.
Select Inside or Outside.
Select > Alerts.
Select Time to set a time alert.
Select a time, or enter a custom value for the time alert.
Select Distance to set a distance alert.
Select a distance, or enter a custom value for the distance alert.
Select to turn on the alert.
