These settings allow you to customize each preloaded activity based on your needs.‍ For example, you can customize the display and enable alerts. Not all settings are available for all activity types.

Press , select > Activities, select an activity, and select .

Alerts

Sets the training alerts for the activity (Alerts).

Auto Lap

Sets the options for the Auto Lap^® feature (Auto Lap).

Run/Walk

Sets run and walk intervals for a run (Using Run/Walk Alerts).

Show Pace

Shows the current pace during the activity.

Show Speed

Shows the current speed during the activity.
