Entering a Transponder Code:

  1. Touch the transponder datafield button.
  2. Use the number pad to input the transponder code.

    Or:

    Touch the VFR 1200 Selection Button.

  3. Touch the Enter Button to activate the transponder code.

The VFR code can be entered either manually or by touching the VFR 1200 Selection Button. When the VFR 1200 Selection Button is selected, the pre-programmed VFR code (1200) is automatically displayed in the Transponder Code Button.
