Turning On the Devices

Connect the handheld device to the charging cable and plug it into a power source to turn it on for first-time use (Charging the Handheld Device).
After it has been connected for charging the first time, the handheld device is always on.
- On the dog collar device, hold the power button until the status LED flashes and the collar beeps.
