Cleaning the USB Port
- Turn off the device and disconnect the device from power.

Clean the USB port using a soft, clean, lint-free cloth or cotton swab.
NOTE: If necessary, you can lightly dampen the cloth or cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol.
- Allow the device to dry completely before you connect it to power.
