Resetting the Device
You can reset the Index™ Sleep Monitor to the factory default values.
NOTE:
Resetting the device deletes long-term data such as skin temperature and heart rate variability (HRV).

Garmin Connect™ app, select
> Garmin Devices.

The LED flashes
continuously, until the reset is complete.
NOTE: Resetting the device can take up to 10 minutes.
