How do I check the battery level?
There are two different ways to check the battery level.

On the
Garmin Connect™ app, select
> Garmin Devices, and select the
Index™ Sleep Monitor.

Remove the
Index Sleep Monitor from your arm, and quickly check the LED.
The device status flashes
when the battery level is critically low.
