If your phone will not connect to the sleep band, you can try these tips.
Turn off your phone, and turn it
back on again.
Enable Bluetooth® technology on your phone.
Update the Garmin Connect™ app to the latest version.
Before you retry the pairing
process, remove your sleep band from the Garmin Connect app and the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
When the device is unpaired,
plug the sleep band into a USB charging port, unplug the sleep band, and then
tap the module firmly and rapidly up to 15 times.
