Updating the Software Using the Garmin Golf App
After you pair your device with your phone, you can use the Garmin Golf™ app to update your device software (Pairing Your Phone).
Sync your device with the Garmin Golf app (Connecting to a Paired Phone).
TIP:
You can also select 
> System > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Sync to manually sync your Wi‑Fi®
connection.

When new software is available, the app automatically sends the update to your device.
