The Blaze sensor is not responding
If you are having trouble connecting the Blaze™ sensor to the Blaze app, you can try these options.
- Make sure the sensor is charged and turned on (How do I check the battery level? ).
- Make sure the sensor is within the approved operating temperature range (Specifications).
- Turn the sensor off, and turn it back on (Device Overview).
