Using a USB-C Flash Drive
Refer to Appendix B for more information on USB-C use and databases.
Ensure the system is powered off before inserting the USB-C.
Use a 32 GB (minimum), solid state USB stick to perform database updates through the panel mounted USB Data Loader.
The AXIS™ flight display USB-C Port uses a solid state USB stick with at least 32 GB of memory space and is located in the center of the bezel beneath the display. A flash drive can be used for software updates, checklist files, flight data logging, exporting Track Logs/User Waypoints, and Importing/Exporting Flight Plans.
