Activating the Cellular Subscription

Before using the OnDeck™ system, you must activate the subscription for cellular service.

  1. Go to activecaptain.garmin.com/ondeckactivation.
  2. Sign in to your Garmin® account.

    This is the same account information you use to sign in to the ActiveCaptain® app.

  3. Select the device.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Enter your billing information, and select Save.
  6. Select the package, and Select > Save.
  7. Enter your payment information, and select Save.

    Your credit card will be billed monthly as long as your cellular subscription is active.

  8. Select Activate Subscription.
