I receive unexpected geofence or security location alarm notifications

  • From the Tracking & Security screen, verify the location of the vessel and the geofence.
  • The security location alarm surrounds the vessel's location when the alarm is enabled. To reset the location, disable the security location alarm, and then enable it again.
  • Verify the troubleshooting items in My vessel position is not correct on the chart.
