Viewing Your Real-Time Stamina

Your watch can provide real-time stamina estimates based on your heart rate data and VO2 max. estimate (About VO2 Max. Estimates).

  1. From the watch face, press Upper-right button.
  2. Select Activities.
  3. Select a run or bike activity.
  4. Press Lower-left button.
  5. Select the activity settings.
  6. Select Data Screens > Add New > Stamina.
  7. Press Middle-left button or Lower-left button to change the location of the data screen (optional).
  8. Press Upper-right button to edit the primary stamina data field (optional).
  9. Start your activity (Starting an Activity).
  10. Press Middle-left button or Lower-left button to scroll to the data screen.

    Primary stamina data field. Shows your current stamina percentage, distance remaining, or time remaining.

    Red Red: Stamina is depleting.

    Orange Orange: Stamina is steady.

    Green Green: Stamina is recharging.
