Viewing the Scuba Diving Glance
You can use the scuba diving glance to monitor your body’s recovery after a dive. After a dive, you may need to wait several hours before it is safe to fly on an airplane.
- From the watch face, press
to view the scuba diving glance. - Press
to view your surface interval (SI) time, no-fly time remaining, and the time of day the no-fly period ends. - Press
to view your tissue load details, current oxygen toxicity units (OTU), and central nervous system (CNS) percentage.
NOTE: The OTU accumulated during a dive expire after 24 hours.

to view the dive log of your recently recorded dives.
Green: 0 to 249 OTU.
Yellow: 250 to 299 OTU.
Red: 300 or greater OTU.
