Stopping Tracking
If you are tracking a user's location, you can stop tracking the user at any time.
- From the map, select the user.
- Select Track.
- From the drop-down list, select Stop Tracking, and select OK.
The system sends the tracking cancellation request to the user's device. It may take up to 20 minutes for the device to receive the cancellation request. You may still receive location updates until the device receives the cancellation request.
