Starting a Relaxation Timer

You can start the relaxation timer to begin a guided breathing exercise.

  1. Swipe to view the stress level widget.
  2. Tap the touchscreen.

    The stress level graph appears.

  3. Swipe to select Relax Timer.
  4. Tap the touchscreen to move to the next screen.
  5. Double-tap the touchscreen to start the relaxation timer.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Double-tap the touchscreen to stop the relaxation timer.
  8. Select Checkmark symbol.

Your updated stress level appears.
