Changing the Satellite Setting

By default, the device uses GPS to locate satellites. For increased performance in challenging environments and faster GPS position location, you can enable GPS and GLONASS. Using GPS and GLONASS can reduce battery life more than using only GPS.

Select the action key.
Select Settings > Sensors > GPS.
Select the toggle switch to enable GPS.

NOTE: The device does not use GPS unless you are recording an outdoor activity.
