Assembling the Tripod and Cradle
You can use the universal tripod cradle to attach the camera to the included tripod or a standard camera tripod.

Screw the tripod into the threaded hole in the bottom of the tripod cradle.

Place one side of the camera into the cradle, fitting the grooves in the side of the camera onto the teeth.

Select an option:

To shoot handheld video, keep the tripod legs closed.
The tripod operates as a handheld grip when the legs are closed.

To shoot video from a stationary location, open the tripod legs and place the camera at the shooting location.
