Avoiding an Area
- Select Settings > Navigation > Route Preferences > Custom Avoidances.
- If necessary, select Add Avoidance.
- Select Add Avoid Area.
- Select the upper-left corner of the area to avoid, and select Next.

Select the lower-right corner of the area to avoid, and select
Next.
The selected area is shaded on the map.
- Select Done.
