Downloading Contacts and Call Logs

You must download the call logs and contacts from your connected smartphone before you can access them in the Phone app on the stereo. To prevent interruption to music streaming, the device does not download these items automatically when you pair or connect your smartphone.

  1. From the Phone app, select Call Logs or Contacts.
  2. Select Menu > Download.

The stereo downloads the contacts and call logs from your smartphone. If you are playing music over the Bluetooth® connection, the music playback pauses until the download is complete.

TIP: If the stereo cannot download contacts and call logs, you should go to the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and verify the RV-BBT60X device has permission to access contacts, call logs, or the phone book.
