Installing the NiMH Battery Pack

The device operates using the optional NiMH battery pack (650 and 650t only) or two AA batteries (Installing AA Batteries).

  1. Turn the D-ring counter-clockwise, and pull up to remove the cover.
  2. Locate the battery pack Callout number one that came in the product box.

  3. Insert the battery pack, observing polarity.
  4. Gently press the battery pack into place.
  5. Replace the battery cover, and turn the D-ring clockwise.
