Setting Up and Verifying SOS Notifications

You can add up to 20 email addresses and/or SMS numbers to be alerted in the event of an SOS. For example, you can alert supervisors or other members within the organization, in addition to the Garmin Response℠ center.

  1. From the Settings tab, select the SOS Setup tab.
  2. Enter email addresses or SMS numbers for each emergency contact.
  3. If necessary, click Test to verify contact information.

    Test messages are sent to all email addresses or SMS numbers.
