Following a Course from the Web

Before you can download a course from your Garmin Connect™ account, you must have a Garmin Connect accountwww.garminconnect.com\start.

  1. Connect the device to your computer using the USB cable.
  2. Go to (Sending Data to Your Garmin Connect Account).
  3. Create a new course, or select an existing course.
  4. Select Send to Device.
  5. Disconnect the device.
  6. Select Down arrow > Courses.
  7. Select a course.
  8. Select Do Course.
  9. Select Pause and play symbol to start the timer.

    The map displays the course and a progress bar at the top of the screen.

  10. If necessary, select Down arrow for additional data pages.

    Course data with callouts

    You can view the distance to the end of the course Callout number one, and your time ahead or behind the course time Callout number two.
