My device is not charging or does not hold a charge

If the device does not seem to be charging or holding a charge, you can try these tips.

  • Verify the charging connections are secure (Charging the Dog Collar Device).
  • Verify the AC adapter and outlet are functional.
    TIP: To determine whether the adapter is functional, you can plug the device into your computer with a USB cord.
  • Verify the status LED indicators are green after charging.
