Viewing Notifications

When your watch is paired with the Garmin Connect™ app, you can view notifications from your phone on your watch, such as text messages and emails.

  1. Swipe to view the notifications widget.
  2. Select a notification.
    TIP: Swipe to view older notifications.
  3. Tap the touchscreen, and select Delete symbol to dismiss the notification.

Replying to a Text Message

NOTE: This feature is available only for Android™ phones.

When you receive a text message notification on your Lily® 2 Active watch, you can send a quick reply by selecting from a list of messages.

NOTE: This feature sends text messages using your phone. Regular text message limits and charges may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for more information.
  1. Swipe to view the notifications widget.
  2. Select a text message notification.
  3. Tap the touchscreen to view the notification options.
  4. Select Phone reply symbol.
  5. Select a message from the list.

    Your phone sends the selected message as a text message.

Managing Notifications

You can use your compatible phone to manage notifications that appear on your Lily 2 Active watch.

Select an option:

  • If you are using an iPhone®, go to the iOS® notifications settings, and select the notifications to show on your phone and watch.

    NOTE: The iOS operating system does not allow notifications to appear only on your phone.

  • If you are using an Android phone, from the Garmin Connect app, select Menu symbol > Settings > Notifications > App Notifications, and select the notifications that you want to view on your watch.
