Removing the Power and Transducer Cables From the Mount

You should remove the power and transducer cables from the mount if you are replacing a damaged cable, transducer, or shaft.

  1. Disconnect the motor from the power source.
  2. With the motor in the stowed position, using a #1 Phillips screwdriver, remove the single screw Callout number one that secures the upper tab of the bracket Callout number two to the mount base, and remove the bracket.

  3. Using a 3 mm hex bit or wrench, remove the four screws Callout number three that secure the two brackets Callout number four to the mount on both sides of the cable channel.

  4. Pull the power cable out of the channel along the side of the mount.
  5. Pull the transducer cable out of the channel along the side of the mount.
