After swimming, bathing, or exposing the watch to water, residual water in the speaker and microphone ports may cause the watch to be temporarily quieter than usual. The water does not cause harm to the watch, but it may take up to 24 hours for the water to evaporate. Follow the device care instructions when you clean your watch after water exposure (Device Care).
