Removing the Existing Transducer

After you prepare the motor by removing the shaft from the steering system, perform these actions to remove the existing transducer.

  1. Remove the skeg and nose cone from the propeller drive motor (Removing the Skeg and Nose Cone).
  2. Remove the propeller drive motor from the shaft (Removing the Propeller Drive Motor).
  3. Remove the transducer from the nose cone (Removing the Transducer).
