Disabling the Auto-boot When Wet Setting
When the Auto-boot When Wet setting is enabled, the dive computer turns on automatically when it detects water. If you start a dive without turning on your dive computer, the dive computer uses the most recent surface pressure to determine depth. For the most accurate depth information, turn on your dive computer manually, especially after traveling. If necessary, you can disable the Auto-boot When Wet setting.
The dive computer no longer turns on automatically when it is wet.
NOTE:
Even when the Auto-boot When Wet setting is disabled, if the dive computer has
turned off due to being idle for 30 minutes, it still turns on automatically the
next time it detects water.
